It’s your neighbourhood, so let’s talk about it: join us at Plexal, on 17 September between 6pm and 8.30pm for an evening of information, questions and discussion.

Whether you’re interested in finding out the latest changes on the Park, new plans for the area, how you might be affected or ways you can get involved in the local community, stop by and join in this interactive forum.

The Marketplace

Running throughout the evening, the community marketplace is your opportunity to talk to representatives from a range of organisations about their work on the Park and in the surrounding area, and any plans they have for 2019/2020 and beyond. Whether you live or work around the Park, everyone is welcome.

There’ll be a host of organisations for you to meet, including: East Wick and Sweetwater, Pro Bike Service, East Bank, Copper Box Arena and London Aquatics Centre, Park Champions, London Borough of Newham, LLDC Planning Authority, Discover Children's Centre, Get Living London, Echo, Creative Wick, Pudding Mill and many more.

Your Views

Do you have feedback or questions about specific aspects of the Park, or the work London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) are doing around it? Attend one of the surgery sessions, taking place at 7pm and 8pm, to
speak directly to senior members of the LLDC team – from construction and development to regeneration and community engagement.

UCL Here East (Robotics Lab) Tour

Throughout the evening, we’ll also be running free tours of the UCL Robotics Lab in Here East. The world-class lab was established to ‘solve the opportunities of tomorrow and seize the opportunities of the future’, and is a collaboration between The Bartlett Faculty and the Faculty of Engineering. Tours will be running at 6.30 and 7.30pm and are free but you will need to book a place.

Refreshments will be provided by local caterer the Tastery.
